Order status
Orders will be processed and shipped out with in 1-3 business days from the date of your order (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation e-mail with your tracking number so you'll know the journey of your package at all times. For international customers we do not provide tracking details, your package will be delivered by your local post office. We ship all USA domestic orders via USPS (United States Postal Service) For international orders, we ship Federal Express. Generally international shipments take 7-21 business days from day of shipment unless customs causes a delay for some reason.
*IMPORTANT* If you chose to pay for rush shipping, please understand that it takes 1-3 business days to process and ship out your order. Orders do NOT ship on the day of the order. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Please note that customs officials of any country are authorized to, and sometimes do open packages for inspection. We cannot accept responsibility for any orders delayed, confiscated or seized by foreign customs or governments. Contact customs officials in your country for the best information on how your order will be handled by them.
Customs duties may or may not be imposed by customs officials in your country. These fees are your responsibility, and are not included in our shipping charges. Our customers tell us that fees are not collected consistently on small parcels. Are packages shipped discretely? All our orders are shipped discretely for your privacy. We use plain grey packages, USPS priority packages. Our shipping label shows from Online Fulfillment Center.

Problem with your delivery?
IMPORTANT NOTE: If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier (USPS) directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 24 – 72 hours for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us only after the estimated delivery time.

Wrong product received
Once an order has been submitted your credit card will be charged. Our ordering process is streamlined so your order will immediately be sent to processing and then shipping. Due to the high volume of orders we receive we will be unable to cancel an order after submitted. Please order carefully.

The order is fraud
We consider this a very serious matter. Our credit card investigation team will verify that the transaction is indeed fraud and was not ordered by you or a member of your household. Making a false claim of fraud is a criminal offense and will be reported. Our investigation team will review the IP from the order that was placed and if it is a mismatch, you will receive a refund.

Return product for refund
We take great pride in the superior quality of our products and want you to be pleased with your purchase. We believe in offering the very best value, quality and selection to our customers. You may return any unused and unopened item purchased from us for any reason within Ninety (90) days of your purchase. If you purchased your merchandise through a "Buy Three, Get Three Free" or similar offer, all items must be returned in order to receive a refund. If you return a partial amount of merchandise, you will forfeit the free product and receive a refund on the discount price per item based on the total purchase.
Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You may return any item shipped by Company, keeping the following in mind:
- You should return the item to us within 90 days of your purchase date.
- We do not accept items back that have been opened or used.
- Shipping and Handling Fees are Non Refundable.
- Opened Items are Non Refundable.
- There is a $10.00 restocking fee for returns.
Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements. Once your return has been received, a credit to your card or refund check will be issued and an e-mail confirmation will be sent within 30 days.
